Luxe Lavs LLC provides luxury portable restroom trailer rentals for private and public events. Rental agreements are subject to availability and require a signed contract and non-refundable deposit to confirm your reservation. All rentals are for specific events and timeframes, and rental items must be returned in their original condition. Additional charges may apply for late returns, damages, or missing equipment.
Website Privacy Policy
At Luxe Lavs LLC, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We want to assure you that we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing or any other purposes. Any information you provide to us—such as your name, email address, phone number, or event details—is used solely to respond to your inquiries, process reservations, and provide the services you request. We may share information with trusted service providers only when necessary to fulfill your request (such as coordinating delivery or maintenance of equipment), and only under strict confidentiality agreements. We respect your right to privacy and take appropriate measures to safeguard your data at all times.
Payments and Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your trailer and selected services. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the scheduled event. Trailers will not be delivered or installed unless full payment has been received.
Delivery and Setup
Delivery and pickup will be scheduled during the week of your event. Clients must ensure the site is accessible, level, and prepared for delivery. A representative must be present to direct placement.
Weather and Cancelations
You assume all risks associated with hosting an outdoor event, including weather-related disruptions. Cancellations due to severe weather made 24+ hours before setup will not incur additional charges, but the deposit remains non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of setup, or after delivery, will incur the full estimated rental amount.
Trailer Use and Maintenance
Trailer use is restricted to the agreed-upon time and event type. Unauthorized use may result in additional charges. Janitorial services are not included in the base rental. You are responsible for maintaining cleanliness unless attendants or decontamination services are added. Pump outs are available and recommended for extended events.
